- • As a company, Unframe has recently emerged from stealth mode, securing a significant $50 million Series A funding round from prominent investors including Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners. Our innovative platform is designed to be LLM-agnostic, capable of integrating with any data source. Through a unique Blueprint-led approach, we deliver fully customized AI applications without requiring fine-tuning or data sharing, and our pricing is directly tied to the value delivered to our clients.
- • This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup that is building the foundational infrastructure for the future of AI. We are seeking a driven and strategic Channel Manager to build, enable, and scale Unframe’s partner ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic partnerships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and technology partners. You will be instrumental in driving both sourced and influenced revenue through these channels, ensuring our partners are expertly equipped to position and sell Unframe’s cutting-edge solutions.
- • You will operate in a highly cross-functional capacity, collaborating closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to establish and refine a repeatable, scalable, and highly effective partner motion. Your strategic vision and execution will be key to unlocking new market opportunities and accelerating Unframe's growth.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass developing and executing Unframe’s overarching channel strategy, ensuring it is tightly aligned with ambitious revenue goals. This includes the critical task of identifying, recruiting, and seamlessly onboarding high-value channel partners who align with our vision and market objectives. You will be responsible for crafting and nurturing joint business plans with our key partners, establishing clear segmentation and coverage models to maximize partner effectiveness and market penetration.
- • A significant part of your role will involve partner enablement and activation. You will be tasked with creating and delivering comprehensive enablement programs, including robust sales training, technical onboarding, and certification pathways. Equipping partners with compelling positioning, messaging, and a clear understanding of competitive differentiation will be paramount. You will actively support partners in generating pipeline and executing deals, fostering a collaborative environment for success. Furthermore, you will drive joint marketing campaigns and co-selling initiatives to amplify our reach and impact.
- • You will own ambitious partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets, requiring a keen ability to forecast channel pipeline and track key performance metrics. Establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and developing insightful reporting dashboards will be essential for monitoring progress and identifying areas for optimization. Ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration between our direct sales force and channel teams is crucial for a unified go-to-market strategy.
- • Your cross-functional collaboration will extend to working closely with the Sales team to define and maintain clear rules of engagement, preventing channel conflict and maximizing efficiency. You will partner with Marketing to design and execute impactful demand generation programs that leverage our partner network. Providing valuable product feedback, informed by insights gathered from partners and customers, will help shape our product roadmap. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop joint account expansion strategies, ensuring our partners are involved in the full customer lifecycle.
