📋 Description

• As a Channel Manager for the French market at RingCentral, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with Partners and Distributors who sell RingCentral’s AI-powered communication solutions.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing business plans with partners, developing sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads, providing daily support via email and phone, assisting with quotes and proposals, coordinating training and enablement programs, recruiting new partners, building C-level relationships, developing sales tools, advocating internally for partner needs, participating in industry events, and exceeding revenue targets—with up to 70% travel required.
• You will join a global leader in agentic voice AI-powered business communications, where RingCentral’s AIR, AVA, and ACE platforms integrate automation, assistance, and insights across the full conversation lifecycle to deliver seamless, intelligent experiences for businesses worldwide.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in channel sales strategy, partner ecosystem management, and AI-driven communications technology, while advancing your ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive measurable market share growth in a high-growth, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working with IT and Telecom Partners and Master Agents
• Business fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
• Proven track record of growing Partner/Distributor revenues
• Ability to build and influence relationships with C-level decision makers
• Strong presentation creation and delivery skills
• BA/BSc degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
