- • Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to recruit, enable, and grow strategic partnerships with managed service providers (MSPs), technology consultants, and TSDs.
- • Identify, onboard, and nurture long-term relationships with key channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities aligned with Weave’s business objectives.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing ongoing support, resources, and guidance to ensure successful collaboration.
- • Drive partner engagement and sales growth through training programs, enablement initiatives, and joint go-to-market campaigns.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to optimize partner programs and increase revenue impact.
- • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics such as channel-sourced bookings and new partner creation to measure success and identify improvement areas.
- • Negotiate contracts, incentives, and partner agreements to establish mutually beneficial terms that support growth and alignment with company goals.
- • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape developments, and market shifts to position Weave effectively within the channel ecosystem.
- • Ensure all partner activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, including adherence to background check protocols.
- • Support the Sr. Director of Channel Partnerships in scaling the partner program through strategic planning and execution.
- • Travel infrequently to meet with partners, attend industry events, or support regional initiatives from the Lehi, UT headquarters.
- • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms to manage partner pipelines, communications, and performance data.
- • Focus on building relationships with SMB-focused partners, with preference given to experience in healthcare and telecom industries.
- • Maintain a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing measurable outcomes and revenue growth through the channel.
- • Ensure all partner interactions reflect Weave’s commitment to inclusivity, professionalism, and ethical business practices.
