  • • You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners who align with Scality's vision and market strategy, expanding our reach and influence.
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive channel business plans with key partners, outlining joint objectives, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment and drive measurable results.
  • • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with partner sales teams, technical resources, and leadership to foster a deep understanding of Scality's value proposition and solutions.
  • • Drive partner-led sales opportunities by actively engaging with partners on joint account planning, deal strategy, and execution, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress against plans, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.
  • • Develop and deliver targeted enablement programs, including sales training, technical workshops, and marketing initiatives, to equip partners with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell and support Scality solutions.
  • • Collaborate closely with Scality's internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless partner engagement and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, pipeline development, and revenue generation within your territory, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the data storage and cloud sectors to identify new opportunities and refine channel strategies.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for your partners, addressing their needs and challenges while ensuring they are successful in their Scality engagements.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the UK market, working independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with the global Scality team.
  • • You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, focusing on building a robust and predictable pipeline through your partner ecosystem.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of Scality's channel program by providing feedback and insights from the field, helping to shape future initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of success in channel sales or partner management within the enterprise software industry, specifically within the UK market.
  • • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing channel strategies, including partner recruitment, enablement, and pipeline generation.
  • • Strong understanding of data storage solutions, cloud technologies, and the broader IT infrastructure landscape.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • • Experience working with and leveraging strategic alliances, hardware vendors, and ISVs to drive joint GTM initiatives.
