  • • Own the 360-degree marketing blueprint for marquee fiction, non-fiction and event properties on one of India’s largest GEC networks, translating audience insights into high-impact campaigns that move the needle on reach, time-spent and channel share.
  • • Architect end-to-end media roll-outs spanning on-air promos, print bursts, radio roadblocks, digital takeovers, on-ground activations and PR spectacles—ensuring every rupee spent is accountable to clear KPIs such as GRP delivery, reach uplift and social buzz.
  • • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with the show marketing lead to craft sharp positioning, write killer promo briefs and shepherd creatives from storyboard to final master, guaranteeing that every 20-second spot hooks the viewer in the first three seconds.
  • • Act as the nerve centre between Programming, Content, Digital, OAP, Graphics, PR, Traffic, Sales, Distribution and Legal—translating each stakeholder’s needs into a single, coherent go-to-market calendar that launches on time, every time.
  • • Mine daily viewership dashboards (BARC, Google Analytics, YouTube, Meta) to flag micro-trends, spot red flags and seize white-space opportunities—turning data into decisive action before competitors even notice the shift.
  • • Commission qualitative and quantitative research studies with external agencies to decode changing viewer motivations, then feed those learnings back into sharper targeting, fresher creative territories and more resonant messaging.
  • • Build and deliver board-ready business presentations that distill complex campaign results into crisp narratives for C-suite leadership, complete with ROI, incremental reach and brand lift metrics.
  • • Steward the long-term health of sustenance shows—refreshing look & feel, rebooting story arcs and engineering stunt weeks that re-energise audiences and protect revenue streams.
  • • Negotiate and manage relationships with media, creative, digital, on-ground and research partners—holding them to SLAs, optimising costs and squeezing every ounce of value from retainers and project fees.
  • • Keep a hawk-eye on competitor launches, promo tonality, media spends and social chatter—feeding a living “war book” that arms the channel with pre-emptive strikes and counter-programming tactics.
  • • Champion a culture of test-and-learn by piloting emerging platforms (OTT co-viewing rooms, metaverse fan events, shoppable promos) and scaling what works into always-on properties.
  • • Uphold brand governance across every consumer touchpoint, ensuring compliance with ASCI, TRAI and internal legal guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries.
