  • • Manage day-to-day relationships with key channel partners across APAC, including resellers, distributors, MSPs, and system integrators, serving as the primary point of contact for partner engagement in the region.
  • • Drive partner enablement by training partners on Chainalysis’ value proposition, sales plays, qualification criteria, and channel processes to ensure effective positioning and execution of joint opportunities.
  • • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with priority channel partners to increase partner-sourced pipeline, improve partner engagement, and expand their contribution to regional revenue growth.
  • • Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, account executives, RevOps, and Marketing teams to align partners with appropriate accounts, opportunities, and go-to-market strategies across APAC.
  • • Identify, prioritize, and recruit high-potential channel partners in regions with market gaps or unmet coverage needs to strengthen Chainalysis’ indirect sales footprint.
  • • Support internal field teams by enabling sellers to understand when and how to engage partners, including program guidelines, deal registration processes, and best practices for indirect sales collaboration.
  • • Conduct regular business reviews, pipeline check-ins, account mapping, and escalation management with top-performing partners to ensure consistent execution and performance tracking.
  • • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics in collaboration with RevOps and sales, including partner-sourced pipeline volume, training completion rates, and deal registration compliance.
  • • Ensure regional channel execution is aligned with global partnerships strategy while adapting to local market dynamics, regulatory environments, and partner maturity levels across APAC.
  • • Coordinate with the global Partnerships team to maintain consistency in program structure while driving localized partner activation and revenue generation.
  • • Work with internal stakeholders to optimize the coexistence of direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring clear governance and minimal conflict in account engagement.
  • • Rapidly learn and articulate Chainalysis products, use cases, and customer needs in blockchain analytics to effectively enable partners and answer technical or commercial questions.
  • • Maintain awareness of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, including trends in financial services, public sector adoption, and compliance software applications within APAC markets.
  • • Navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures across time zones to drive alignment between regional and global teams, balancing competing priorities and ambiguous objectives.
  • • Leverage commercial judgment to prioritize partners based on market potential, performance history, and strategic alignment with Chainalysis’ growth goals in APAC.
  • • Build credibility and trust with both external partners and internal stakeholders through clear, consistent, and professional communication across all levels of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing channel, reseller, distributor, MSP, VAR, and SI relationships at a B2B technology company.
  • • Demonstrated ability to enable partners effectively, including training on value proposition, sales plays, qualification, and collaboration with internal sales teams.
  • • Experience driving measurable business outcomes through partners, including partner-sourced pipeline growth.
  • • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, marketing, RevOps, and other internal stakeholders.
  • • Experience working in APAC or a multi-country region with diverse market dynamics and partner maturity levels.
  • • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility internally and externally.
