- • As a Channel Partner Manager for the DACH region at Nebius Group N.V., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in one of Europe’s most strategic markets by building and scaling relationships with Systems Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). This senior-level position is critical to positioning Nebius as the preferred cloud infrastructure partner for enterprise clients seeking GPU-accelerated AI workloads without the burden of massive in-house infrastructure.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: building and deepening strategic relationships with top-tier SI, MSP, and VAR partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to ensure alignment with Nebius’ go-to-market objectives; designing and executing comprehensive partner enablement programs that equip partners with the knowledge, tools, and incentives to successfully sell and support Nebius’ GPU IaaS solutions; collaborating closely with the Head of Channel and Head of Region to co-develop and refine channel strategies, prioritize initiatives, and unlock joint growth opportunities; negotiating and finalizing partner contracts in coordination with legal and sales teams to ensure clear terms, smooth implementation, and mutual accountability; identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities within the SI, MSP, and VAR ecosystem to drive incremental revenue and market penetration; aligning partner activities with internal sales teams to ensure seamless integration into the broader sales motion, including joint pipeline development and forecast tracking; continuously monitoring and analyzing partner performance metrics — such as deal registration, win rates, and revenue contribution — to derive actionable insights for program optimization; and traveling up to 25% of the time to engage with partners, attend industry events, and conduct in-person enablement sessions across the DACH region.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative cloud infrastructure provider headquartered in Amsterdam with a global footprint spanning R&D hubs in Europe, North America, and Israel. Nebius employs over 1,400 professionals, including more than 400 engineers with deep expertise in hardware, software, and AI/ML systems, and maintains an in-house AI research team dedicated to advancing cloud-native AI solutions. - • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in enterprise cloud channel strategy, particularly within the high-growth AI infrastructure space, while honing your ability to bridge technical and business audiences. You will gain direct exposure to cutting-edge GPU-accelerated cloud technologies and learn how to architect and scale partner-led go-to-market motions for complex enterprise solutions. Success in this role will position you as a key architect of Nebius’ partner ecosystem in DACH, with measurable impact on revenue growth, market share, and long-term strategic positioning in the AI cloud economy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in channel partner management within the DACH region, specifically working with enterprise-level Systems Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs), including a track record of scaling adoption of cloud-based solutions.
- • Established and active relationships with key SIs, ISVs, and MSPs serving enterprise customers in DACH, with the ability to leverage this network to accelerate Nebius’ partner ecosystem growth and market penetration.
- • Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly GPU-accelerated IaaS solutions, with demonstrated experience enabling partners to sell complex technical products to enterprise audiences, including articulating value to both technical and business stakeholders.
- • Fluency in both German and English is required for effective communication with partners, customers, and internal teams across the DACH region.
