- • As a Channel Partner Manager for Ramp’s Franchise team, you will be an early member of a rapidly growing go-to-market engine responsible for acquiring and scaling relationships with corporate and franchise partners to drive significant revenue growth.
- • You will source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with net new franchise partners, sign partners, create comprehensive GTM plans, drive revenue through referrals, identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, educate partners on Ramp’s value proposition, hold monthly and quarterly business reviews, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering teams, become an expert in Ramp’s product, and build or improve sales workflows and motions.
- • Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating over $100B in annualized spend for 50,000+ companies by authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The company hires for high agency and urgency, valuing what candidates have built over where they trained, and empowers everyone to own problems end to end and make consequential decisions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in partnership strategy and execution within a high-growth fintech environment, directly impact revenue through strategic partner acquisition and enablement, and grow your skills in cross-functional collaboration, consultative selling, and GTM motion design while contributing to a team that helps ambitious companies save 5% and grow revenue 16% in their first year.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 7 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Partner Sales, Business Development, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships
- • Strong discovery skills with a proven ability to identify pain points and execute consultative selling
- • History as a top performer who consistently exceeds targets and quotas
- • Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency daily
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent listening abilities
- • Bias for action and strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across teams
- • Experience with and affinity for AI tooling that enhances productivity and workflow
