📋 Description

  • The Channel Partner Specialist supports the daily operations and growth of the Partner Solutions Program, serving as a key liaison between channel partners and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, accurate data management, and strong partner relationships.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries on order status, billing, and commissions; supporting partner onboarding; managing the full order lifecycle from submission to billing; maintaining accurate records in Salesforce; generating reports for sales and leadership; coordinating with finance on commission payouts; and assisting with partner events and communications.
  • The role operates within Cable One’s Partner Solutions Program, supporting the company’s mission to keep customers and employees connected through reliable service, inclusive culture, and career growth opportunities across multiple brands including Sparklight.
  • The specialist will develop expertise in channel sales operations, CRM management, cross-functional collaboration, and partner relationship management, gaining valuable experience in telecommunications and indirect sales channels while contributing to partner satisfaction and program scalability.
