  • • As a Channel Account Manager at Adobe Inc., you will be instrumental in driving sales for Creative Cloud (CC) and Document Cloud (DC) within the SMB and mid-market segments, specifically through the VIP licensing model.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the strategic management of partners across the Andean Region and Central America. This involves cultivating strong relationships, developing new channel partners, and ensuring their effective enablement and onboarding.
  • • You will play a crucial role in supporting partners on key deals, actively contributing to their closure to maintain customer retention and achieve an impressive renewal rate exceeding 80%.
  • • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to acquiring new, high-value customers for Creative Cloud, expanding Adobe's market presence and revenue.
  • • You will collaborate closely with named reseller accounts, fostering strategic partnerships to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • • To achieve these objectives, Adobe Inc. seeks an experienced Channel Sales Manager adept at building robust channel capabilities and delivering consistent business results with a high degree of accountability, working effectively with distributors, resellers, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
  • • You will manage a defined portfolio of distributor and reseller partners, developing comprehensive business plans tailored to each partner.
  • • Your efforts will focus on optimizing software subscription retention within their respective VIP marketplaces, expanding existing accounts, and implementing acquisition plans in conjunction with marketing to secure new logos.
  • • You will meticulously execute sales management processes, encompassing strategic planning (Business Planning, Account Planning, Territory Planning), implementation (Pipeline & Opportunity Management, Forecasting), and rigorous control of outcomes.
  • • Accurate forecasting of results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis per partner will be a key performance indicator, requiring diligent management of run-rate business and large deal forecasting.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to partner engagement, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent Adobe's solutions and meet customer needs.
  • • You will be expected to drive partner performance through regular business reviews, performance analysis, and the identification of growth opportunities.
  • • The position requires a deep understanding of the software subscription landscape and the ability to articulate the value proposition of Adobe's Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings to partners and end-customers.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to your partners, providing insights and guidance to help them succeed in their respective markets.
  • • Collaboration with internal Adobe teams, including sales, marketing, and product specialists, will be essential to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
  • • You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within your territory, leveraging partner networks to expand Adobe's reach.
  • • The role involves continuous monitoring of market trends and competitive landscapes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
