  • • Lead and manage the channel sales strategy for Ajax Systems in Poland, driving growth through partnerships with distributors, integrators, and resellers.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure alignment with Ajax’s product portfolio, including intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire and life safety, and home automation devices.
  • • Develop and execute regional sales plans that meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the Polish market.
  • • Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to sell, install, and support Ajax’s 280+ security and automation devices.
  • • Provide ongoing support to channel partners through product training, marketing collateral, technical resources, and sales enablement materials.
  • • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor regional campaigns and promotions that increase brand awareness and drive demand among end users in Poland.
  • • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback in Poland to adjust sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  • • Track and report on channel performance metrics including sales volume, partner engagement, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact between Ajax Systems and its Polish channel network, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • • Represent Ajax Systems at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings across Poland to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • • Work closely with the regional and global sales teams to align channel strategies with broader European and international goals.
  • • Ensure all channel activities comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and local regulations in Poland.
  • • Support the development of channel partner certification programs to elevate technical expertise and service quality across the network.
  • • Analyze sales data to identify high-potential segments and underperforming partners, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • • Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, sales forecasts, and activity logs in CRM systems.
  • • Foster a collaborative culture among channel partners by organizing regular business reviews, incentive programs, and joint planning sessions.
  • • Promote Ajax’s mission of resilience and security by emphasizing the company’s role in protecting homes and businesses against threats.
  • • Contribute to the expansion of Ajax’s presence in Poland by identifying new market opportunities and scaling successful channel models.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in channel sales management within the technology or security industry
  • • Demonstrated success in building and managing a network of distributors and resellers
  • • Strong understanding of security systems, IoT devices, or smart home automation technologies
  • • Fluency in Polish and professional working proficiency in English
  • • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance analytics tools
  • • Ability to travel within Poland for partner meetings and events
