  • • As a Partnership Development Representative at Notable Inc., you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint within large healthcare systems by generating high-quality pipeline through strategic, research-driven outreach. This role is not about volume but precision—focusing on building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in complex healthcare organizations to support Notable’s mission of transforming healthcare delivery through AI-powered workforce productivity.
  • • You will drive outbound prospecting into a curated list of priority health systems, identifying and engaging decision-makers and influencers to generate new qualified opportunities for the sales team. This includes executing targeted account-based campaigns, conducting initial discovery conversations, and qualifying early-stage opportunities before transitioning them to Sales or Customer Success.
  • • You will support strategic account development by collaborating with Product Managers and Customer Success Leaders to uncover expansion opportunities within existing healthcare partners, ensuring alignment between outreach efforts and product initiatives or customer needs.
  • • You will research healthcare systems, stakeholder hierarchies, and market dynamics to craft personalized, value-driven messaging that resonates with senior stakeholders, continuously refining your approach based on field feedback and evolving industry trends.
  • • You will maintain accurate and consistent activity tracking in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring full visibility into pipeline health and engagement metrics while experimenting with modern prospecting tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align your outreach with active initiatives, customer feedback, and market priorities, acting as a bridge between go-to-market strategy and frontline execution.
  • • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own pipeline and activity without constant oversight, demonstrating self-direction, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • • You will contribute to Notable’s broader goal of impacting 100 million patients by helping scale the adoption of its healthcare AI platform across major health systems, hospitals, and payers—driving improvements in care quality, patient acquisition, retention, and reimbursement without requiring additional staff.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience in a business development role within SaaS and HealthTech industries
  • • Proven experience prospecting into complex organizations such as health systems, hospitals, or large enterprise accounts
  • • Comfort initiating conversations with senior stakeholders and clearly articulating value in early-stage discussions
  • • Highly self-directed and motivated, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and activity without constant oversight
  • • Thoughtful, research-driven approach to outbound prospecting, prioritizing quality and personalization over high-volume outreach
  • • Curiosity and openness to experimenting with modern prospecting tools, automation, or AI to improve efficiency and engagement
