  • • Own and accelerate revenue growth across Italy and Spain by recruiting, enabling, and activating a high-performing network of channel partners. You will be the single-threaded owner of the full partner lifecycle—from first handshake to joint go-to-market execution—ensuring every reseller, ISV, and system integrator is positioned to win.
  • • Build, nurture, and deepen executive-level relationships with existing strategic partners while simultaneously hunting for new logos that expand Mitek’s footprint. You will map partner org-charts, identify power sponsors, and create joint business plans that translate into quarterly revenue targets.
  • • Architect and deliver co-sell motions that pair Mitek’s Digital Identity & Fraud solutions with partner offerings, driving incremental pipeline and accelerating deal velocity. You will quarterback joint discovery calls, co-author proposals, and secure partner commitment to multi-year revenue commitments.
  • • Collaborate daily with cross-functional squads in Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to craft seamless partner experiences. You will translate market feedback into product roadmap input, negotiate win-win contracts, and ensure partners receive white-glove onboarding and ongoing enablement.
  • • Design and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and monthly pipeline councils that surface leading indicators, remove blockers, and celebrate wins. You will leverage dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to track partner-sourced bookings, attach rates, and renewal expansions.
  • • Create and deliver high-impact enablement programs—bootcamps, certification tracks, battle-cards, and demo environments—that turn partner sellers into Mitek evangelists. You will measure lift via partner NPS and certification completion rates, iterating content based on real-time feedback.
  • • Represent Mitek as a charismatic brand ambassador at industry events, partner summits, and regional conferences across the UK, Italy, and Spain. You will keynote sessions, moderate panels, and host executive roundtables that position Mitek as the thought leader in digital identity.
  • • Monitor macro trends in identity verification, fraud prevention, and open banking across Mediterranean markets, translating insights into actionable growth strategies. You will brief leadership on competitive moves, regulatory shifts, and emerging use-cases that open new revenue streams.
  • • Maintain a disciplined 40 % travel cadence to conduct on-site partner workshops, customer co-sell visits, and regional marketing activations, ensuring face-to-face relationship depth that remote tools alone cannot achieve.
  • • Champion an entrepreneurial, data-driven culture inside Mitek by sharing best practices, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to global channel playbooks that scale across EMEA and beyond.
