  • • As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing Scality's indirect sales strategy, focusing on building and nurturing robust relationships with our strategic channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), and distributors.
  • • Your primary mission will be to drive significant revenue growth by fostering deep collaboration between Scality's direct sales force and our channel partners, ensuring a unified approach to market engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the technology sector, specifically with data storage, cloud, or related infrastructure solutions.
  • • Demonstrated success in developing and executing indirect sales strategies, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • • Strong understanding of the Value-Added Reseller (VAR), System Integrator (SI), and distributor ecosystems, with existing relationships in the US West region being a significant advantage.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • • Proficiency in developing and delivering partner enablement programs, including training, co-selling, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • • Solid understanding of the data infrastructure landscape, including object storage, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
