- • As a Channel Sales Territory Manager at ButterflyMX, you will drive partner acquisition and revenue growth in the Chicago, Illinois area, playing a key role in expanding and optimizing the company’s partner network for its smart access control solutions used in multifamily, commercial, and student-housing properties.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing partner relationships, developing and executing strategic channel sales plans, recruiting and onboarding new partners, providing sales training and resources, representing the company at industry events, conducting quarterly business reviews, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams to align on partner goals and business growth.
- • ButterflyMX is a distributed, primarily remote company with a mission to empower people to open and manage doors and gates from a smartphone, serving over 20,000+ properties worldwide with products that lower operating costs and improve tenant satisfaction for developers, owners, property managers, and tenants.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in channel sales strategy, partner relationship management, and data-driven sales optimization while contributing to the growth of a mission-driven company that values collaboration, innovation, and customer delight.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelors degree
- • 3+ years of channel management experience with Security and/or IT VAR reseller partners
- • Demonstrated channel sales success (President’s Club or similar recognition)
- • Fluency in Salesforce, Excel, and other business software
- • Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, and achieve deadlines
- • Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail
