- • The Channel Success Manager at WEX Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring brokers and consultants are successful in selling and supporting health benefit products, acting as a bridge between Service and Sales to align efforts and drive shared goals.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with top revenue-generating consulting channels, serving as a key point of contact, providing training and resources on product changes and compliance, collaborating with sales teams to drive channel growth, addressing client issues and escalations within 24 hours, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to improve products and processes.
- • WEX Inc. is a leader in health benefit solutions, and the Channel Success Manager operates within a team focused on enabling consultants and brokers to deliver value to clients through strategic support, education, and proactive communication across regional and national networks.
