- • As a Chat Support Associate at Vetcove, you will play a vital role in supporting veterinary professionals who rely on the platform for critical purchasing decisions and supply ordering, directly impacting patient care in the animal health industry.
- • Day to day, you will respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone; troubleshoot issues and explain solutions clearly; manage administrative tasks like account management and item reviews; collaborate with engineering and partner teams on feature feedback; and help refine support workflows through cross-functional coordination.
