- • saas.group is actively building a talent pool for future Chief Executive Officer (CEO) positions within its expanding portfolio of B2B SaaS companies. This is a proactive initiative, not an announcement of an immediate opening, designed to connect with ambitious leaders interested in taking on CEO roles within acquired businesses.
- • As a future CEO within the saas.group ecosystem, you will be entrusted with the full ownership of a SaaS brand's Profit and Loss (PnL), strategic direction, growth initiatives, company culture, and overall performance. Your mandate will encompass both driving immediate execution and shaping the long-term strategic vision for the business.
- • You will collaborate closely with the saas.group leadership team, the board of directors, and the broader saas.group community to achieve impactful results across all critical business functions, including go-to-market strategies, product development, operational efficiency, and financial management.
- • This role presents a unique opportunity to significantly influence the trajectory of a SaaS business within a dynamic, high-growth portfolio, benefiting from the robust backing, extensive network, and substantial resources provided by saas.group.

This includes the meticulous creation of budgets, rigorous tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), optimizing Return on Investment (ROI) across all initiatives, and implementing continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- • Building, coaching, and retaining a high-performing leadership team is a critical function. This involves developing robust succession plans to ensure organizational resilience and continuity, fostering a culture of accountability and development.
- • You will be expected to champion innovation by actively identifying disruptive market trends, including the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This involves experimenting with novel business models and making data-driven decisions to solidify and expand the brand's market position.
