📋 Description

• The Chief Financial and Strategy Officer at Catalight Foundation is a strategic leadership role that goes beyond traditional finance to drive organizational transformation, financial health, and mission impact across a family of non-profit companies serving underrepresented communities.
• Day to day, the role involves leading integrated functions including Finance, Business Intelligence, Risk Management, Compliance, Contracting, Quality, Data Infrastructure, Information Systems, and Technology; providing financial insights to the board; building high-performing teams; optimizing resource allocation; and advancing digital and data initiatives to support scalable growth.
• Catalight Foundation leads a family of companies including Easterseals Northern California, Easterseals Hawaii, and Catalight Care Services, with nearly 900 employees working to transform home and community-based care through equity, innovation, and systems change in healthcare access and well-being.
• In this role, the individual can shape the future of healthcare delivery, build scalable financial and operational systems, influence cross-functional strategy, and develop expertise in integrating data science, AI, and emerging technologies into financial leadership while advancing equity and organizational resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of financial metrics and ability to drive revenue growth
• Experience leveraging digital technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes, including AI and data infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, inclusive teams in complex, fast-moving environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and comfort with AI-based tools
• Availability for 8 hours daily from 9-5 PM PT, with flexibility as needed
