- ⢠As Chief Marketing Officer at Weave Communications, you will lead the evolution of the companyâs marketing engine into a scalable, efficient, and vertically differentiated growth platform, directly contributing to sustained long-term growth and market leadership in healthcare communications.
- ⢠You will partner with the CRO in shared accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes, strengthening inbound foundations while expanding product-led and partner-driven growth motions across SMB and large-group healthcare verticals including medical, dental, optometry, veterinary, DSOs, VSOs, and MSOs.
- ⢠Your leadership will position Weave as an AI leader in healthcare communications by translating product innovation into clear market differentiation, elevating marketingâs strategic impact with the executive team and Board, and shaping investor confidence through a compelling IR and PR narrative.
- ⢠Day to day, you will define and execute a multi-year marketing strategy aligned to company growth, efficiency, and market expansion goals, ensuring all initiatives are tied to measurable business outcomes.
- ⢠You will evolve Weaveâs inbound-led growth engine to improve efficiency, reduce cost structure, and increase predictable pipeline contribution through data-driven optimization and automation.
- ⢠You will lead product marketing strategy, including vertical go-to-market execution, competitive positioning, messaging clarity, and launch excellence, ensuring differentiation across healthcare verticals.
- ⢠You will expand lifecycle and customer marketing programs to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term retention, maximizing customer lifetime value.
- ⢠You will develop and mentor a ~50 person marketing organization, strengthening leadership bench, operational discipline, and building a high-performing team culture rooted in accountability and growth mindset.
- ⢠You will establish clear KPIs that tie marketing investment to pipeline velocity, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and overall revenue contribution, ensuring financial discipline and ROI accountability across all channels.
- ⢠You will represent Marketing in executive and Board discussions, translating strategy and performance into clear business outcomes, and supporting marketing strategy related to potential M&A activity including brand integration and go-to-market coordination.
- ⢠You will drive performance across digital, content, creative, events, communications, and partner marketing channels, leveraging AI, data, and automation to build a more intelligent, disciplined, and responsive marketing engine.
- ⢠You will strengthen Weaveâs brand positioning across SMB and large-group healthcare practices, ensuring a differentiated and compelling market presence that resonates with target audiences and supports up-market expansion.
- ⢠In this role, you will achieve mastery in scaling modern B2B SaaS marketing operations at the executive level, gaining deep expertise in AI-driven marketing transformation, verticalized go-to-market strategy, and board-level strategic communication.
- ⢠You will develop the ability to align marketing strategy directly to revenue, profitability, and long-term enterprise value, becoming a trusted business leader who scales growth with financial discipline and measurable ROI.
- ⢠You will build credibility in the Boardroom and with frontline teams, learning to navigate complexity with calm, clarity, and decisiveness while elevating the performance bar across your organization.

- ⢠15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior executive experience within a B2B SaaS organization.
- ⢠Proven success scaling a multi-channel marketing engine in an inbound-led environment with meaningful outbound partnership.
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to improve marketing efficiency and optimize cost structure while sustaining growth.
- ⢠Experience serving SMB markets, driving successful up-market expansion, and leading verticalized go-to-market strategies.
- ⢠Strong partnership track record with Sales leadership, including shared accountability for pipeline and revenue commitments.
- ⢠Deep expertise in demand generation, product marketing, brand strategy, and growth analytics.
