- • As Chief of Staff (Commercial Focus) at Cosuno GmbH, you will serve as a strategic builder and right-hand to the C-level and CRO, driving critical growth initiatives from hypothesis to implementation and directly impacting the company’s commercial scaling.
- • Your day-to-day includes owning business-critical Go-to-Market projects across Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success; identifying funnel inefficiencies and developing data-driven solutions to scale the revenue engine through pricing strategies, new market segments, and sales cycle optimization.
- • You will act as a cross-functional leader bridging Commercial, Product, and Tech teams to break down silos, align on OKRs, and ensure cohesive execution; additionally, you will relieve the founding team and CRO of operational burdens by preparing board meetings and making independent C-level decisions.
- • Cosuno is a fast-growing European ConTech scale-up revolutionizing construction procurement and subcontractor allocation with a strong product, excellent metrics, and ambitious growth goals; you will join a transparent, low-politics, high-velocity culture in Berlin-Friedrichshain with hybrid flexibility and an international team focused on winning together.
- • In this role, you will gain direct visibility and impact on company valuation, accelerate your career toward senior leadership (e.g., VP, Head of), and develop elite commercial, analytical, and executive communication skills through hands-on work with founders and CRO on high-stakes strategic initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a similar high-impact strategic role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- • Strong commercial acumen with affinity for B2B software metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn) and experience in GTM strategy, sales excellence, or pricing projects
- • Analytical excellence: ability to make data-driven decisions, master financial/commercial modeling, and translate complex insights into clear action plans
