- • As Director, Office of the Chairman, you will serve as a strategic extension of the Chairman, turning high-impact ideas into execution across critical initiatives including US market entry, hiring, fundraising, and operational setup.
- • Your day-to-day will involve working directly with the Chairman to drive US expansion strategy, build and execute hiring plans, support fundraising efforts, establish the company’s US presence, and manage external positioning through PR and partnerships.
- • You will operate as a central operator across teams, tracking priorities, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring progress on ambiguous, high-urgency problems with speed and sound judgment.
- • Bjak Sdn. Bhd. is building A1, a proactive AI chat app focused on reliability, persistent context, and real-world task execution, backed by a high-talent-density team that values independence, judgment, and rapid execution.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the company’s first operating systems, close key hires, influence fundraising outcomes, and build foundational infrastructure for US expansion — gaining unparalleled exposure to early-stage scaling and executive-level decision-making.
