📋 Description

• • The Founder’s Office Associate role at Lawhive is a launchpad for high‑impact, high‑responsibility work, placing you side‑by‑side with the CEO and co‑founder to tackle the thorniest, most important problems across the business. You will be trusted with real responsibility from day one, operating as a high‑EQ, high‑horsepower generalist who moves quickly between commercial, product, ops, finance and other functions wherever fast thinking, deep analysis and decisive action are needed. This role is designed for those who want to prove themselves at the coalface of a fast‑growing startup and use the experience as a stepping stone to becoming a GM, founder or functional leader.
• • Day‑to‑day you will act as a right hand to the CEO and founding team, identifying critical business problems and deploying quickly to solve them. You will lead zero‑to‑one initiatives from idea to implementation, often crossing multiple departments such as Sales, Product, Marketing and Ops. You will turn ambiguity into clarity by structuring and solving open‑ended strategic and operational challenges, design and track key metrics to help the business scale smartly (building dashboards, business cases and board‑level recommendations), and drive high‑impact execution—whether closing operational gaps or launching new internal tools and processes.
