📋 Description

• • Build and oversee all internal operations for a stealth AI manufacturing planning startup, establishing systems, playbooks, and KPIs to scale from pilot to enterprise rollout.
• • Partner directly with enterprise manufacturing customers during onboarding, deployment, and adoption, ensuring successful implementation at plant sites and capturing structured feedback from schedulers, plant managers, and procurement teams.
• • Serve as the primary connective tissue between customers, product, and engineering teams, translating plant-floor insights into actionable product roadmap decisions across phased releases.
• • Manage and coordinate external vendors and partners across HR, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success functions to support company infrastructure and growth.
• • Own end-to-end stakeholder reporting, delivering clear updates to leadership, corporate partners, and investors on pilot adoption rates, KPI outcomes, and commercialization milestones.
• • Design and implement operational systems using tools like Notion, HubSpot, and other productivity and reporting platforms to streamline company-wide workflows.
• • Drive enterprise SaaS implementations with a focus on ERP, MES, or supply chain planning software integrations, ensuring seamless adoption across multi-site manufacturing environments.
• • Act as a consultative liaison with C-suite and operations stakeholders in manufacturing, translating technical capabilities into operational value for plant-level users.
• • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams including live pilot deployments, seed fundraising activities, and internal process development in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
• • Operate independently in early-stage startup mode, wearing multiple hats across operations, customer success, and cross-functional coordination without dedicated support teams.
• • Establish scalable processes for finance, HR, marketing, and operations from the ground up, adapting quickly to evolving company needs as the venture grows.
• • Gather and structure qualitative and quantitative feedback from manufacturing customers to inform product development priorities and feature roadmaps.
• • Maintain deep alignment with corporate partners, including a $1.5B+ truck body manufacturer, to ensure joint success metrics are met and strategic objectives are synchronized.
• • Navigate complex enterprise environments with high EQ and low ego, balancing executive presence with scrappy, hands-on execution in a team-first culture.
• • Track progress and outcomes across complex, multi-site rollouts using program management methodologies and data-driven reporting frameworks.
• • Maintain technical fluency in enterprise SaaS workflows and APIs to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and troubleshoot integration challenges.
• • Operate in a high-pressure tech environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams, including product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
• • Contribute to the company’s mission of reimagining production planning by replacing spreadsheets and MRP noise with an AI-powered demand-driven co-pilot for mid-market manufacturers.
