- • Strategic partner to the President of the RIA business responsible for driving enterprise execution across M&A, investment platform oversight, and organizational effectiveness.
- • Translate RIA priorities into actionable plans; drive cross-functional execution and accountability across leadership teams; support CEO with deal pipeline including sourcing, diligence, negotiation, and execution; lead post-close integration and manage relationships with acquired firm principals; provide governance across manager selection, due diligence, and portfolio construction; partner with investment leadership on platform evolution including alternatives and UHNW solutions; support leadership effectiveness, team performance, and key HR-related escalations; partner with HR on org design, succession, and talent strategy; ensure alignment with SEC requirements and enterprise risk standards; partner with Legal/Compliance on governance, policies, and audit readiness; contribute to AUM growth strategy across advisor channels and regions; leverage relationships and referral channels (RIA, UHNW, custodians); serve as the primary escalation point to Osaic for deal execution and key initiatives, ensuring alignment and proactively removing barriers to delivery.
