📋 Description

• Serve as the central operational partner to the CEO, COO, CFO, and CTO, translating strategic intent into actionable outcomes across the executive team.
• Own end-to-end execution of critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery without direct authority over teams.
• Turn executive meeting decisions into clear next steps, assigned owners, and deadlines, and drive follow-through until completion.
• Design and manage the company’s operating rhythm, including weekly leadership syncs, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning cycles, and board preparation.
• Collaborate with the COO to establish, track, and enforce OKRs across the leadership team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools across departments, identifying effective use cases, embedding workflows, and measuring impact.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional gaps before they escalate, acting as a proactive problem-solver across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Prepare and refine high-stakes communications for strategic audiences, including board decks, company-wide town halls, and internal newsletters.
• Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO’s office and functional leaders, absorbing administrative and coordination burdens to preserve executive focus.
• Synthesize complex data, commercial insights, and operational signals into clear narratives that inform decision-making at the highest levels.
• Maintain rigorous organizational discipline: ensure commitments are documented, tracked, and delivered with precision and reliability.
• Operate with minimal oversight across sensitive commercial, financial, and organizational matters, demonstrating exceptional discretion and judgment.
• Maintain deep familiarity with Primer’s payments infrastructure mission and the broader fintech ecosystem to provide context-aware support.
• Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to build financial models, analyze performance metrics, and create executive-ready presentations.
• Utilize SQL to extract and interpret data when needed to support strategic initiatives and operational reviews.
• Stay current with AI tooling and proactively recommend and implement solutions that enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Support global remote operations by enabling seamless collaboration across time zones and functions through structured communication and documentation.
• Represent Primer internally and externally with clarity, professionalism, and alignment to company values and strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as strategy consulting, investment banking, or a fast-moving tech company
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to communicate clearly, directly, and precisely
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to cut through complexity to identify what matters most
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure where none exists
• Organized and reliable: consistently deliver on commitments with precision
• Proficient in spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; SQL experience is a plus
• Comfortable deriving insights from data and turning them into clear narratives
• Experience embedding AI tools into team workflows and a genuine interest in their practical application
