- • The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted strategic partner to the President & CEO, enabling focus on the enterprise’s most critical priorities while ensuring disciplined execution across the organization. This role operates as an extension of the President & CEO, connecting strategy to action, strengthening governance and Board effectiveness, and driving alignment across the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- • Day to day, the Chief of Staff will act as a strategic thought partner to the President & CEO, drive execution against annual priorities and turnaround initiatives, prepare decision materials, support key meetings and communications, own Board agenda and materials processes, ensure alignment across the Executive Leadership Team, track cross-functional initiatives, reinforce operating discipline and enterprise rhythm, and support culture, change, and trust-building efforts.

- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve deep exposure to enterprise-level strategy and governance, develop executive presence and influence without formal authority, lead organizational transformation and cultural renewal efforts, and gain experience supporting a CEO during significant change while contributing to mission-driven impact in the healthcare and federal services sector.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, operations, finance, or senior executive support
- • Bachelor’s degree in business management
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, executive‑level materials
- • Strong business judgment and ability to operate effectively in high‑stakes, fast‑moving environments
- • Demonstrated ability to drive execution across cross‑functional teams without formal authority
