- • Partner closely with the CMO to define marketing priorities, goals, and operating rhythms across globally distributed teams in San Francisco and Stockholm.
- • Translate high-level marketing strategy into clear, actionable plans with measurable milestones and outcomes for the entire marketing organization.
- • Build and implement AI-native systems and processes to manage marketing workflows at scale, improving efficiency and consistency across regions.
- • Act as an extension of the CMO during EMEA hours to ensure continuous momentum and decision-making across time zones.
- • Triage operational issues, escalate critical items thoughtfully, and resolve low-level blockers independently to maintain velocity.
- • Represent the CMO in cross-functional meetings and discussions to align stakeholders and drive execution without delay.
- • Prepare clear, concise briefs, decision memos, and updates for the CMO to enable informed leadership decisions.
- • Serve as a trusted thought partner and sounding board for the CMO on strategic, operational, and organizational matters.
- • Own and lead key operating mechanisms including team meetings, leadership reviews, planning cycles, and retrospectives.
- • Create clarity and consistency in communication across a globally dispersed marketing team to foster alignment and reduce silos.
- • Ensure team members feel informed, connected, and engaged despite geographic separation and time zone differences.
- • Lead under-resourced, high-priority initiatives with autonomy and urgency, delivering results despite constraints.
- • Support org design, resourcing decisions, and process improvements as the marketing team scales rapidly.
- • Synthesize data, feedback, and insights from across the marketing org to produce actionable recommendations for leadership.
- • Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions that support Lovable’s high-velocity culture.
- • Maintain extreme ownership of cross-functional marketing operations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-moving environment.
- • Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals and product roadmaps.
- • Uphold Lovable’s values of low-ego collaboration, extreme ownership, and rapid execution in all interactions and deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, or startup roles
- • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, BizOps, or similar leadership support role is a strong plus
- • Experience working with marketing teams is helpful but not required
