  • • Serve as the primary strategic integrator across Enterprise Deployments, Payer Analytics, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to translate corporate strategy into disciplined execution and ensure organizational accountability.
  • • Partner with Finance and Product teams to align growth strategy, investment prioritization, and resource allocation across the PhareOS organization and R1’s R37 AI Lab.
  • • Architect and manage the core operating cadence including MORs, QBRs, All Hands meetings, leadership staff meetings, weekly performance reviews, and cross-functional initiative reviews.
  • • Design and facilitate meeting agendas with clarity on goals, ownership, follow-through, and outcomes to drive alignment and decision-making efficiency.
  • • Ensure action items, decisions, and strategic priorities are tracked, communicated, and operationalized across teams with consistent follow-up and accountability.
  • • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives tied to growth, operational excellence, commercial readiness, client outcomes, and organizational transformation.
  • • Oversee program structure, resourcing, KPIs, and stakeholder alignment for strategic initiatives, including benchmarking, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform key decisions.
  • • Track and report progress against initiative milestones, escalating risks, interdependencies, and opportunities to executive leadership with clear recommendations.
  • • Lead the development, synthesis, and refinement of CEO-, CFO-, ELT-, and Board-level materials covering PhareOS market positioning, roadmap execution, client outcomes, and financial performance.
  • • Anticipate executive questions, prepare defensible analyses, and deliver high-quality, consistent storytelling that strengthens executive decision-making and board engagement.
  • • Serve as a subject matter advisor during key executive briefings, strategy sessions, and decision forums, providing context and insights across business functions.
  • • Partner with HR, Finance, and Communications on talent strategy, organizational design, change management, and cross-team engagement to enhance collaboration and cultural alignment.
  • • Drive transparency, communication flow, and leadership effectiveness across PhareOS and its connections to broader R1 RCM corporate functions.
  • • Build and maintain strong cross-organizational relationships to increase operational cohesion, reduce silos, and promote a unified strategic direction.
  • • Travel up to 15% to support in-person leadership meetings, strategic offsites, and cross-functional alignment sessions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 12+ years of relevant strategy experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role
  • • Proven track record of leading and executing successful strategic initiatives with ROI modeling
  • • Proven executive and board presentation experience
  • • Strategic and operational orientation with flexibility to move seamlessly between hands-on execution and high-level strategic thinking
  • • Willingness to travel up to 15%

  • • Base pay range of $179,593.00 - $280,035.56 per year
