📋 Description

• • As Chief of Staff to the VP Engineering at Alan, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the engineering leadership team, enabling the company’s mission to revolutionize healthcare through technology. This role is critical in ensuring that engineering operations run smoothly across four countries while driving high-impact initiatives that scale both people and technology.
• • You will own end-to-end strategic projects such as country expansions, vendor negotiations (e.g., AWS, Anthropic), and internal innovation programs like the AI training initiative. Simultaneously, you will manage community operations for 150+ engineers, overseeing events, staffing transitions, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and engagement. A key focus will be accelerating AI adoption by building tools, creating playbooks, and teaching engineers to integrate AI into their workflows to multiply productivity.
