📋 Description

• As Chief Revenue Officer at Polygon Labs, you will own and scale the global revenue organisation, turning strong founder-led momentum into a scalable, disciplined revenue engine for a company moving all money onchain through its Open Money Stack.
• You will define commercial strategy, establish frameworks for ICP prioritisation and pricing discipline, build commercial cadence including pipeline governance and forecasting, partner with Product and Marketing, mentor senior commercial leaders, embed AI-enabled workflows, and personally lead high-impact enterprise negotiations and strategic deals.
• Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building infrastructure to move money instantly and reliably at internet scale, having facilitated trillions in onchain value transfer and supported millions of daily transactions for major banks, fintechs, enterprises, and consumer applications through recent acquisitions like Coinme and Sequence.
• You will have the opportunity to shape the commercial future of a high-growth fintech infrastructure company, drive sustainable revenue growth, build scalable go-to-market execution, and develop leadership capable of managing complex global enterprise accounts in the evolving onchain payments landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling revenue operating systems within high-growth technology, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure companies, including forecasting, RevOps, deal governance, and commercial performance management
• Deep familiarity with blockchain technology and a strong belief in the potential for onchain payments to transform global money movement, with experience across stablecoins, wallets, payment infrastructure, or related ecosystems
• A track record of leading complex enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations with global organisations, ideally across payments, financial infrastructure, fintech, or enterprise technology markets adopting blockchain-based solutions
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance short-term revenue opportunities against long-term strategic value and make clear prioritisation decisions in fast-moving environments
• Experience leading senior commercial organisations within founder-led companies, with the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across high-performing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong AI fluency and demonstrated experience integrating AI into commercial workflows, operational processes, forecasting, account intelligence, and decision-making across an organisation
