- • Lead the strategic vision and execution of Vetsource’s global revenue growth strategy across retail and veterinary channels, driving market penetration and sustainable competitive advantage.
- • Oversee and integrate all revenue-generating functions including Marketing, Retail Sales, Veterinary Sales, Commercial Strategy, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with company mission and financial objectives.
- • Design and implement pricing strategies, market positioning, and product introduction tactics that drive differentiation and profitable growth across diverse customer segments.
- • Provide mentorship and leadership to senior department heads, fostering a high-performance culture focused on leadership development, accountability, and strategic agility.
- • Ensure seamless collaboration and unified messaging across all commercial departments to optimize client engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- • Partner with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align product roadmaps, financial models, and operational capabilities with aggressive revenue goals.
- • Manage consolidated department budgets with a focus on ROI-driven allocation of resources across marketing campaigns, sales incentives, and partner engagement programs.
- • Monitor global market trends, competitor actions, and evolving customer needs to adapt strategies rapidly and maintain market leadership.
- • Optimize the sales tech stack and sales processes by leveraging data analytics to set accurate targets, forecast pipeline performance, and measure team effectiveness.
- • Build and manage strategic partnerships with key vendors, distributors, and industry stakeholders to expand distribution channels and enhance product offerings.
- • Represent Vetsource at high-level industry events and conferences to elevate brand equity and establish thought leadership within the pet healthcare and veterinary sectors.
- • Set high performance standards and hold senior leaders accountable for achieving KPIs and professional growth goals.
- • Influence cross-functional teams across technical, creative, and sales functions to build organizational confidence and optimism in the company’s future.
- • Cultivate an inclusive and collaborative workplace that values diverse perspectives and encourages cooperation between departments.
- • Drive the adoption of best-in-class tools and systems including Salesforce, sales enablement platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite to enhance operational efficiency.
- • Apply deep industry knowledge of veterinary medicine, pet care retail dynamics, and B2B2C sales cycles to inform strategic decisions and commercial planning.
- • Translate complex data sets into actionable growth strategies that directly impact revenue, customer acquisition, and market share.
- • Negotiate with executive-level stakeholders internally and externally, including board members, partners, and key opinion leaders, to secure strategic advantages.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in a technology-focused, B2B or B2B2C environment within the Animal Health, Healthtech, or Pet Care industries
- • 5+ years in a senior executive role (VP or higher) overseeing multiple commercial departments simultaneously
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- • Proven ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that resulted in measurable revenue scaling
- • Deep understanding of the veterinary and pet care market, including retail dynamics and B2B sales cycles
- • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), sales enablement tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite
