- • As Chief Sales Officer at Fitt Insider Inc., you will lead the national sales strategy for a science-backed hydration brand, driving revenue growth and expanding distribution across major retail channels to bring the mission of optimal cellular hydration to millions of consumers.
- • You will build and scale a high-performance sales organization from the ground up, establishing a culture of accountability and execution while managing relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and broker networks to secure premium shelf placement and drive sell-through.
- • The role is with Fitt Talent Partners, a specialized recruitment firm supporting top health and wellness companies, on behalf of a client that is a rapidly growing, science-backed hydration brand committed to clean, sugar-free electrolyte products made with real fruits, vitamins, and minerals.
- • You will collaborate closely with marketing, shopper marketing, and trade teams to maximize promotional effectiveness, in-store visibility, and velocity, while developing accurate forecasting models and managing trade spend to support profitable growth.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for an emerging CPG brand, scale it from early traction to national prominence, and leave a lasting impact on brand equity and retail performance in the competitive functional beverage space.
- • You will identify and pursue new channel opportunities beyond traditional retail, including DSD, specialty, and strategic partnerships, ensuring diversified and resilient revenue streams aligned with long-term brand vision.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of CPG sales leadership experience, with strong preference in beverage, hydration, or functional nutrition categories
- • Proven track record scaling emerging CPG brands from $10M to $100M+ revenue through retail expansion and velocity growth
- • Deep experience and existing relationships with major national retailers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Costco, Walgreens, and similar accounts
