- • We are looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team remotely in Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

- • As a Child and Adolescent Therapist, you will provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care.
- • You will develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress, invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients, participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support, collaborate with other specialty providers, maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records, and involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
- • The basics you’ll need include being independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, possessing one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients, having one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting, owning your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet, and flexibility to work during Blackbird’s core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends.

🎯 Requirements
