- • The Claims Correction Analyst at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) processes all claims corrections in the system, including voids, history corrections, stop payments, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a critical financial operations function.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling claim corrections, coordinating refund requests with the Trustmark legal department, collaborating with Fund Accounting on electronic check issues, and performing other duties as assigned to support seamless claims processing.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- • Previous experience in the Luminare Health claims processing system
- • Minimum 3 – 5 years claims processing experience
- • Ability to produce accurate and detailed results
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Excellent mathematical and organizational skills
