📋 Description

• As an Implementation Consultant at Salsify, you will lead the technical consulting and configuration of multiple concurrent time and materials projects, directly impacting customer success by driving business value through the adoption and expansion of Salsify across enterprise organizations.
• You will partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, while developing a deep understanding of customers’ business models and processes to implement Salsify in the most effective, efficient, and creative ways to ensure successful user adoption and long-term success.
• Salsify is a global market leader in commerce infrastructure, helping brand manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in over 80 countries collaborate to win on the digital shelf, with headquarters in Boston and hubs in Lisbon and Sydney, and a culture rooted in equity, diversity, inclusion, agility, curiosity, and passion.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations, cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product teams, and the ability to solve complex technical and organizational challenges while building trusted relationships with global brands like Mars, L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, Bosch, and GSK.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience navigating the complexities large enterprise clients face when launching a new platform
• Passion for making customers successful and excitement to work in a customer-centric environment
• Experience problem solving and ability to take different approaches to technical, organizational, internal, customer, or personal challenges
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp and make effective use of new knowledge
• Proficiency integrating data source systems such as PIMs or ERPs with eCommerce platforms is a bonus
