- • Investigates, negotiates, and resolves personal injury protection (PIP) and medical payments (Med Pay) claims in accordance with policy provisions, best practices, and jurisdictional requirements.
- • Manages moderately complex to complex PIP/Med Pay claims across multiple jurisdictions, evaluates loss details, negotiates settlements, and maintains high productivity and customer service.
- • Works within Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., a nationally recognized employer certified as a Great Place to Work® and ranked among Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces and Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance.
- • Develops expertise in state laws, regulations, and claim procedures while gaining experience in independent claim handling, documentation, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
