- • As a Claims Resolution Adjuster II at Allstate, you will investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury, playing a critical role in protecting customers and ensuring fair claim resolutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include assessing coverage, liability, and damages; communicating with customers via phone, email, and text; negotiating settlements with claimants, vendors, and third-party carriers; and maintaining accurate documentation in claims systems while supporting claimants through the vehicle restoration process.
- • You will join Allstate’s Claims team, a group dedicated to upholding the company’s 90+ year legacy of innovation and customer protection, working remotely with autonomy while collaborating closely with Casualty Adjusters to ensure consistent, empathetic, and efficient claims handling.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in liability investigation, negotiation, and customer advocacy, gaining deep experience in insurance claims processes and positioning yourself for advancement within Allstate’s claims career ladder while contributing to meaningful outcomes for families during difficult times.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of claims adjusting experience with a focus on determining liability
- • Proven experience in claims investigation and negotiation
- • Proficiency in communication, especially over the phone, to build rapport and assess claims accurately
- • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and resolve complex injury claims
