- • As a Client Account Executive, Mid-Market at Deel, you will build strategic relationships with existing clients to drive revenue, stimulate growth, and maximize client lifetime value in a fast-growing global SaaS company transforming the future of work.
- • You will identify and generate revenue through upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, proactively own and manage a book of accounts including decision-maker relationships, consult clients on internal processes to drive change and expand product usage, lead business reviews, execute plans to maximize revenue potential and increase renewal rates, develop and forecast a sales pipeline through regular engagement and partnership with customer success, and meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue quotas.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in sales or account management
- • Experience owning a full sales cycle from identifying expansion opportunities to closing contracts
- • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills to establish credibility with executives
- • Ability to break down complicated matters and explain them in simpler terms
- • Proficiency with numbers and a commitment to delivering world-class service
