📋 Description
- • Sell Altair eyewear frames to end-user doctor base within an assigned territory using written, phone, and personal contact methods to exceed quota targets and meet revenue goals.
- • Develop creative sales strategies to identify and contact prospects, generating new opportunities to expand the Altair eyewear program and drive revenue growth.
- • Represent Altair in all sales-related activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and professional engagement with the customer base.
- • Work independently while collaborating with internal partners to achieve balanced product line results and exceed sales targets.
- • Create and execute account-specific sales plans that drive strong revenue growth in managed base accounts.
- • Apply innovative approaches to solve customers’ business problems and enhance the value proposition of Altair’s offerings.
- • Gain a deep understanding of each customer’s business needs and objectives to increase Altair’s board space and market presence within the account.
- • Leverage the full breadth of Altair’s product portfolio to identify cross-selling, lead-sharing, and integrated selling opportunities.
- • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal divisions and extended customer teams to deliver a responsive, solution-centric customer experience.
- • Identify and communicate future customer requirements, feedback, and market insights to internal divisions and partners to inform product and sales strategy.
- • Follow up with doctors who have terminated their relationship with the Altair eyewear program to assess reasons for churn and explore re-engagement opportunities.
- • Consistently update CRM tools to ensure accurate communication with management, internal divisions, and the extended sales team.
- • Maintain a high level of organizational discipline by meeting activity targets and executing sales processes that produce predictable, repeatable results.
- • Achieve the established product and sales learning curve quickly to effectively meet and exceed revenue goals.
- • Demonstrate strong sales closing skills and a proven track record of meeting sales/revenue targets with major account responsibility.
