Scale Army Careers is experiencing unprecedented demand and is seeking a dynamic Client Acquisition Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in booking meetings, qualifying leads, and closing deals. This is a pivotal internal role where you will directly impact our growth by leading, coaching, and refining the processes of our BDR, SDR, and AE teams. We are an international staffing agency renowned for connecting top-tier marketers, sales representatives, and engineers with high-growth companies. Your primary mission will be to scale the top of our sales funnel by implementing robust systems, enforcing stringent standards, and ensuring our BDRs, SDRs, and AEs consistently exceed their quotas. Your success is directly tied to your team's success; when they hit their targets, you hit yours.
  • • You will be joining a team of exceptionally sharp and energetic professionals who operate at a rapid pace, maintain an exceptionally high standard of performance, and expect the same level of commitment from you. This role involves direct management of three distinct teams, each comprising two individuals:
  • • Two Business Development Representatives (BDRs): Their core responsibility is cold calling and executing outbound outreach campaigns. You will be instrumental in driving the volume and conversion rates of their cold calls, refining call scripts, optimizing answer rates, and providing comprehensive training on objection handling. A key aspect of your role will be to hold the BDR team accountable for their call blocks, dialer usage, and weekly conversion goals, while continuously analyzing metrics such as answer rates and time-per-call to improve team talk tracks.
  • • Two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs): These team members are tasked with qualifying incoming leads and booking qualified meetings for the Account Executives. You will ensure SDRs efficiently qualify leads and seamlessly hand them off, optimizing response times, script quality, and lead prioritization. Your coaching will extend to live calls and written outreach, and you will meticulously track show-up rates, no-show rates, and speed-to-first-touch to identify areas for improvement.
  • • Two Account Executives (AEs): These are our closers, responsible for converting qualified meetings into new business. You will coach AEs to close deals effectively by mastering objection handling, rigorous qualification, and professional follow-up. Your role includes building scalable closing frameworks, developing replicable talk tracks, creating compelling proposal templates, and instilling a sense of urgency. Furthermore, you will be responsible for forecasting pipeline revenue, tracking close rates, and driving higher win rates, conducting post-call reviews to pinpoint opportunities for faster or more effective closing.
