- • The Client Delivery Analyst III supports the successful implementation of complex financial institution debit and/or credit projects through execution of technical tasks and quality checks, leading client consultation on business and technical requirements and incorporating them into project plans.
- • Day to day responsibilities include meeting with clients to discuss project specifications, conducting gap analyses, providing consulting on best approaches, mapping technical data between systems, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, validating system parameters, conducting testing, providing post-implementation support, and mentoring junior analysts.
- • The role operates within Velera, a premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and integrated fintech solutions provider serving over 4,000 financial institutions across North America, committed to innovation, service excellence, and a people-helping-people culture.
- • The individual will develop technical leadership skills, deepen expertise in payment processing systems, lead high-visibility client projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements while gaining exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle management in a remote-first, inclusive environment.
