  • • Day to day, the role involves managing a specific technology domain (such as billing, finance, or communications) for client projects, acting as the primary liaison between Kraken’s internal technology and operational teams and the client to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
  • • The role requires deep collaboration with product managers and developers to translate client needs into development requests, while also guiding clients in adapting their ways of working to align with Kraken’s agile, innovation-driven development style.
  • • The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for understanding both the Kraken platform and client-specific challenges, refining solutions by leveraging existing capabilities or identifying gaps that require new development, and ensuring seamless integration of technology, people, and processes to deliver measurable improvements in client operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in client delivery, project management, or technology consulting within the energy, utilities, or related infrastructure sectors.
  • • Strong understanding of energy industry operations, including billing systems, customer information systems (CIS), meter data management, or CRM platforms.
  • • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating client business needs into clear technical requirements and development requests.
  • • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive delivery outcomes.
  • • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a client-centric mindset.
  • • Familiarity with Kraken’s platform or similar enterprise SaaS solutions in the energy domain is a strong advantage.
