Client Engagement API Specialist

📋 Description

• • As a Client Engagement API Specialist at Kraken, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients needing assistance with REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs, playing a critical role in enabling seamless integration and troubleshooting for traders, developers, and institutions building on Kraken’s platform.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include answering client API inquiries via Zendesk, email, Telegram, and Zoom; diagnosing and resolving technical API issues; assisting clients with code implementation and debugging; developing and maintaining official API libraries and documentation; providing feedback on upcoming API features; and supporting internal team quality assurance and knowledge sharing.
• • You will join a global, fully remote team of crypto-native professionals dedicated to advancing financial freedom through secure, innovative blockchain products, working alongside retail, VIP, and institutional clients to ensure reliable API performance and exceptional user experiences.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial APIs, gain hands-on experience with blockchain infrastructure, refine your technical communication and problem-solving skills, and contribute directly to the scalability and usability of one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges.
