📋 Description

• As a Client Engagement Executive (Healthcare Consultant) in Danaher’s Performance Partnership, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients, driving operational performance, contractual outcomes, and long-term partnership success in the life sciences and diagnostics sectors.
• Day to day, you will act as the primary point of contact for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, develop and execute engagement strategies, facilitate executive governance meetings, identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, and support client retention and growth through strategic relationship management.
• You will join Danaher Diagnostics, a global leader in clinical diagnostics with over 90 years of innovation, operating within Danaher’s 15+ operating companies united by the Danaher Business System—a culture of continuous improvement, belonging, and tangible impact on patient care.
• In this role, you will develop executive presence, refine strategic consulting and change management skills, lead high-visibility engagements with measurable business impact, and grow your expertise in healthcare operations, financial acumen, and partnership strategy within a matrixed global organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required, advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in consulting, client engagement leadership, operational improvement, project leadership, or related client-facing roles
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements with significant operational and business impact
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead within matrixed organizations
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change management capabilities
