As a Client Engagement Partner (CVP), you will be the driving force behind large-scale business transformations for Celonis’ most strategic customers. Your work will directly impact global productivity and sustainability by ensuring that Celonis’ cutting-edge technology delivers measurable value.   • • **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day**
  • • **Strategic Leadership & Executive Engagement**: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for C-level executives at Celonis’ most strategic accounts. You will align Celonis’ solutions with their long-term business objectives, ensuring that our technology becomes an indispensable part of their transformation journey. This involves deep collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Servicing, Product, Engineering) to mobilize resources and drive adoption.
  • • **End-to-End Value Realization**: Own the entire customer value journey, from defining the Celonis program roadmap to ensuring high-quality, on-time project delivery. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to establish detailed value plans, resolve escalations, and ensure that Celonis’ solutions address business-critical problems. Your goal is to drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction, turning customers into industry leaders ("Lighthouse customers").
  • • **Change Management & Transformation**: Lead large-scale transformation programs, including process re-engineering and AI-driven initiatives. You will mentor customers on organizational design, helping them build Centers of Excellence to maximize platform adoption. Your expertise in change management will be critical in navigating complex global organizations and driving sustainable impact.
  • • **Community Building & Advocacy**: Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather industry-specific insights and foster innovation. As the voice of the customer within Celonis, you will ensure that product development and service offerings align with real-world needs. You will also represent Celonis at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership platforms, amplifying our impact and driving customer advocacy.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Celonis’ global teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Servicing) to ensure seamless execution of customer programs. You will mentor and coach team members, providing guidance to maximize their success and offering feedback to managers on performance.
  • • **Innovation & Thought Leadership**: Contribute to the development of new assets, playbooks, and tools for the Value Engineering team. Your insights will help shape best practices and enhance the effectiveness of Celonis’ solutions across industries and processes.
