• • The Client Engagement Project Director will lead financial analytics and project delivery for pharmacy benefit clients, driving transparency and cost savings in PBM contracts through data-driven insights and strategic support.
• • Day to day responsibilities include using proprietary financial tools and Excel to analyze client pharmacy spend, managing RFP/procurement and market-check processes, supporting PBM contract negotiations with financial modeling, mentoring a team of financial analysts, and ensuring timely project completion through cross-functional collaboration.
• • The Brown & Brown/Risk Strategies National Pharmacy Team (NPT) is a 200+ person team uniting pharmacy specialists across consulting, auditing, and PillarRx Copay Maximization, dedicated to delivering transparent, cost-effective prescription drug benefits through analytics and innovation.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in pharmacy benefit analytics, lead high-impact financial projects, develop advanced methodologies using PharmaLogicTM outputs, and grow as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients while mentoring a team of analysts.
