đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Client Executive at Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the insurance industry and advancing your own career. Cytora is at the vanguard of revolutionizing how insurers and brokers connect, operate, and grow, leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies. Our core mission is to empower insurers with an innovative platform that optimizes risk evaluation and decision-making, transforming traditional manual workflows into fully automated, digital processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team during a period of significant scaling and to play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers fully harness the transformative potential of our platform.
  • • In this crucial post-sale role, you will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of strategic carrier and broker accounts. Your success will be measured by your ability to deeply understand each customer's unique underwriting and claims workflows. This understanding will enable you to strategically identify precisely where Cytora's platform can deliver the most value, driving deep adoption by seamlessly integrating our solutions into their day-to-day operational processes.
  • • You will be responsible for meticulously tracking customer adoption rates and total contract utilization against predefined targets. Proactively identifying any gaps in utilization, you will then develop and execute targeted action plans to ensure customers are maximizing their investment and realizing the full benefits of the Cytora platform.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves broadening Cytora's support network within each client organization. This requires identifying and cultivating new relationships across various levels, from senior stakeholders to project teams, spanning underwriting, operations, and IT departments. Building these multi-threaded relationships is essential for long-term partnership success and account growth.
  • • You will lead and conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews. These sessions are critical for ensuring strategic alignment with each client, demonstrating the tangible value Cytora has delivered, and collaboratively planning for mid-term partnership expansion. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms will be paramount.
  • • Identifying and mitigating competitive attrition risks early is a vital responsibility. You will proactively monitor client sentiment and market dynamics, developing and executing robust recovery plans. The insights gathered from this discovery process will be invaluable in informing renewal strategies and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • • As significant client wins are achieved, you will play a key role in creating compelling references and success stories, such as case studies and joint presentations. Partnering closely with the Marketing team, you will amplify these outcomes to showcase Cytora's impact and drive further market penetration.
  • • You will be adept at managing and nurturing senior-level relationships, including those with Chief Underwriting Officers (CUOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Heads of Underwriting Operations, and IT leaders. This involves conducting focused platform walkthroughs, clearly explaining the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs), data flows, and APIs, always connecting these technical elements back to tangible underwriting operational value.
  • • To foster strong client relationships and facilitate deep understanding, you will travel as needed to conduct onsite workshops, provide enablement sessions, lead QBRs, and engage in executive strategy sessions. This blend of remote engagement and in-person interaction ensures comprehensive client support and partnership development.
  • • This role demands a proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven approach. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of digital transformation in the insurance sector and unlock new levels of efficiency and profitability through Cytora's AI-powered solutions. Your contributions will directly impact client success, retention, and Cytora's growth trajectory.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the commercial insurance or Insurtech sectors.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trusted senior-level relationships (across underwriting, operations, and IT) and comfort leading QBRs and executive readouts.
  • • A strong workflow-minded approach, capable of understanding current submission intake and triage processes and articulating how Cytora integrates to become part of the daily workflow.
  • • Product and AI fluency, with the ability to deliver targeted demos and clearly communicate concepts related to LLMs, data flows, and APIs, always linking technical features to underwriting operations value.
  • • Excellent cross-functional orchestration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Delivery, Support, Security, and Legal teams for escalations and expansions.
  • • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary and On-Target Earnings (OTE).
  • • Flexible working arrangements and remote options within the UK.
  • • Professional development budget and access to industry conferences.
  • • Annual company retreats to foster team cohesion and strategic alignment.
  • • A mission-driven culture that prioritizes people, diversity, and inclusion.
