Client Experience Specialist

📋 Description

• • The Client Experience Specialist (T2) is a mid-level execution role within the Client Experience team responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and high-quality support across all client interactions, operating with autonomy to own more complex client issues and ensure they are resolved end-to-end.
• • Day to day, the person will own daily client support across all channels, including queue management, prioritization, and SLA adherence; respond to clients with clear, empathetic, and solutions-oriented communication; investigate and troubleshoot medium-complexity and high-priority issues; maintain accurate documentation in HubSpot; collaborate cross-functionally on billing, product, and event-related inquiries; support client communication and logistics for events and workshops; identify recurring issues and communicate insights to improve systems; and execute low-risk failed payment outreach.
• • The team is part of Acquisition Holdings LLC, a company focused on client-first service delivery, where the Client Experience team ensures high satisfaction through operational consistency and proactive problem resolution in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• • In this role, the person can develop expertise in client issue resolution, CRM workflow management (HubSpot), cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement, while building strong communication and prioritization skills that directly impact client satisfaction and SLA performance.
