- • The Client Finance Coordinator role is critical to ensuring accurate, complete, and audit-ready financial data for client revenue operations, directly supporting the financial integrity and transparency of high-stakes projects with U.S.-based clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end revenue tracking, reconciling revenue data against contracts and POs, monitoring work-in-progress (WIP), managing unbilled work and aging balances, partnering with billing and operations teams for timely invoicing, supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes, preparing financial reports and control documentation, collaborating on revenue forecasting, and proactively identifying risks or discrepancies in financial data.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations
- • Hands-on experience with revenue tracking, WIP management, billing, and financial reporting
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required
- • Experience working under SOX-controlled environments and understanding of internal controls is a plus
- • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Maconomy) is a plus
